Order & Shipping confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation that includes your order number and the shipping method selected. Please double-check the shipping address, as changes cannot be made once the order is on its way.


Orders can take up to 7 business days for processing and shipping. If you’ve ordered a monogrammed item, please allow up to four weeks for shipping. Additionally, your order may arrive in multiple shipments, especially in the case of pre-orders or backorders.


You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order is ready to be shipped.


As of now, we ship to addresses within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. However, we do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.


For orders within the United States, standard shipping (2 to 7 business day transit) costs $5.99 for orders under $75 before taxes and shipping. Standard shipping is free for orders of $75 or more before taxes and shipping. Please note, order processing can take up to 7 business days.


Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 A.M. PST / 2:00 P.M. EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the following business day.

returns & refunds

Oh Thirties! accepts returns of unworn clothing items that still have the original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. However, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and not eligible for returns.


You must initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order (the day tracking shows delivered status). If it is a split package order, the return window starts from the final package delivery date and time. Please ensure that items are shipped back within 7 days of initiating the return.


Returns that don’t meet the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.


To initiate a return, contact us at ohhello@ohthirties.com, and we will send you a return label. Note that you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.


No, exchanges are not allowed at this time.


Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive your returned package for processing. We will email you to confirm the status of your return.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.


First, check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you still haven’t received your refund after taking these steps, please contact us at ohhello@ohthirties.com.
